QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Quality Assurance release function for pharmaceutical API in accordance with established quality policies and procedures
  • Support plant colleagues in conducting investigations through the use of problem-solving tools, evaluate and recommend appropriate actions, review and approve Investigation Reports
  • Prepare and review of Quality Assurance documentation related to materials disposition and manufacturing
  • Perform trend analysis and annual records review for products and maintain GMP policies/procedures
  • Provide support for new Supplier Approvals, Inspection Readiness Support and internal GMP inspections
  • Provide ongoing support to departments on site to ensure GMP compliance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science or a technical discipline with at least 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, ICHQ7A and regulatory requirements is an advantage
  • Strong command of English and demonstrated computer and time management skills
  • Self-starter and an excellent team player with initiative and good communication skills
  • Proven organizational and technical writing skills, problem-solving ability, customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement
