Flexible Compressed Work (FCW)

What is Flexible Compressed Work or FCW?

FCW means that Pfizer colleagues working in a non-shift work schedule can now select from one of the four work schedules. These schedules are staggered and have various flexi start and end times.

To participate in this scheme, a colleague is required to work a total of 8.92 hours per workday, within a calendar month, to qualify for a paid flexi-off day.

Why is this scheme implemented?

This is one of Pfizer’s innovative ways of helping colleagues to better harmonize work and personal commitments.

It is Pfizer’s way of supporting colleagues in managing work-life balance such that they can take a day off to spend time away from work.
