One Culture is "the way we work". One Culture consists of our shared mindset -- our common set of values and beliefs. One Culture also consists of the way we are organized, our policies and practices, our skills and abilities, our performance and the way in which all the related parts of our organization function.
One Culture shapes our individual and group behavior and persists even when team members change. We teach these cultural practices to new colleagues. Some of the most enduring and successful companies in the world have strong cultures built around sound ideas about their mission, values, and their ways of working.
We intend to focus on the sharpening of several aspects of the culture in our organization by focusing on four aspects, namely: Leader Behaviors, EHS, Right First Time and Quality
