We will strengthen and expand on the concept of quality in our culture. In our daily work, we need to identify and implement ways to avoid repeating tasks, paperwork errors, repeat work orders, reworks, retests, and defects of all kinds. The process is called Continuous Improvement, and is linked to RFT.
Quality goes beyond current Good Manufacturing Practice and should reach into all aspects of our work and our work products. No matter what we do at work, we will need to develop the same passion for the quality of our work products as we have for our need to work safely.
